You don’t need another marketing tactic.

You can learn almost anything on the internet.

Facebook Ads. SEO. Funnels. Email. Content. AI. Automations. Sales scripts.

There are thousands of videos, courses, podcasts, and tools ready to tell you what to do.

The problem is knowing what actually makes sense for your business.

Should you run Google Ads?

Maybe…

Should you invest in SEO?

Maybe…

Should you rebuild your website?

Maybe…

Should you start making videos?

Maybe…

Should you automate your sales process with AI?

Maybe.

Because the tool isn’t the starting point.

Your business is.

  • Who are your best customers?
  • What do they actually care about?
  • How do they look for solutions?
  • Why do they choose you?
  • Where are you losing sales?
  • Is your offer strong enough?
  • Can your operation handle more customers?
  • What’s actually holding your growth back?

Until you can answer those questions, choosing marketing tactics is mostly expensive guessing.

And I’ve watched businesses spend a lot of money guessing.

The answer depends on your business.

Most business owners are flying blind.

And buying another marketing tool isn’t going to fix it.

Jeremy Bundy, Founder of Boniface Business Solutions

Strong businesses are built deliberately.

You wouldn’t build a city by buying a pile of bricks, dumping them on an empty field, and hoping a civilization appears.

  1. You prepare the ground.
  2. You build the foundation.
  3. You establish roads.
  4. You create trade.
  5. You secure resources.
  6. You build infrastructure.
  7. You strengthen weak points.
  8. Then you expand…

Your business isn’t that different.

Yet plenty of owners build businesses in almost the exact opposite order.

  • Someone tells them SEO is important, so they hire an SEO company.
  • Someone tells them they need a funnel, so they build a funnel.
  • Someone tells them AI is changing everything, so they buy six AI tools.
  • Someone tells them Facebook Ads are printing money, so they start running ads.

Three months later, they’re several thousand dollars poorer and still don’t know what’s wrong.

Tools are useful.

But a tool is only useful when you know why you’re using it.

That’s one of the central ideas behind Boniface:

Principles first. Tools second.

  • Before we prescribe the tool, we diagnose the business.
  • Before we spend money driving traffic, we strengthen what that traffic is going to hit.
  • Before we try to grow the business, we make sure we understand what we’re growing.

That’s what Dial It In teaches you to do.

Introducing

Dial It In

Learn how your business grows. Then build your plan to grow it.

Dial It In is the business foundations course I wish I had when I started.

It walks you through the same fundamental questions we ask when looking at a business:

  1. Who are you trying to reach?
  2. What does your market actually want?
  3. What makes people buy?
  4. What makes them hesitate?
  5. How should your offer be structured?
  6. What should your messaging say?
  7. How should you capture and nurture demand?
  8. Which marketing channels make sense for your market?
  9. Can your systems handle more growth?
  10. What should you actually work on next?

And you’re not sitting there passively listening to me ramble.

You’ll work through these questions using practical exercises and worksheets applied to your own business.

Then you’ll bring the important pieces together into your:

Market Playbook

Think of it as the blueprint for your business growth system.

  • Your customer research.
  • Your positioning.
  • Your messaging.
  • Your offer.
  • Your pricing strategy.
  • Your lead generation plan.
  • Your content strategy.
  • Your systems.
  • Your key marketing decisions.

All organized into a living document you can continue refining as your business grows.

A navy hardcover Market Playbook with gold lettering and colour-coded section tabs

That Playbook becomes useful far beyond this course.

  • Hand it to an employee.
  • Use it to onboard a salesperson.
  • Give it to a copywriter.
  • Use it when evaluating an agency.
  • Use it to brief an AI.
  • Come back to it when you’re deciding what to do next.

Instead of rebuilding your marketing strategy from scratch every six months, you have a foundation.

Build my Market Playbook $477

“But I’ve already taken business courses.”

Good.

Then you probably know exactly what I’m talking about.

  1. You bought the course.
  2. You got excited.
  3. You watched eight videos.
  4. You filled out two worksheets.
  5. Then life happened.
  6. Six months later, you found the login buried somewhere in your email.

The internet does not need another 47-hour content graveyard.

And you probably don’t need another $10,000 mastermind where someone reveals that the secret to business is “mindset” after flying you to Miami.

You need to understand your business.

That’s why Dial It In is built around application.

  1. The videos teach the principle.
  2. The exercises force you to apply it.
  3. The research gets you outside your own head.
  4. The worksheets capture what you discover.
  5. The Market Playbook brings it together.

By the end, the goal isn’t for you to know more marketing trivia.

The goal is for you to make better business decisions.

Jeremy Bundy speaking to a seated audience in front of a presentation screen

Jeremy Bundy, Founder

Why I built Dial It In

My name is Jeremy Bundy.

I’ve spent more than a decade working in marketing.

I actually started in audio and video production.

I worked on big corporate marketing projects, creating expensive content for businesses spending tens of thousands of dollars on websites, advertising, branding, and media.

And eventually I noticed something uncomfortable.

A lot of these businesses had no clue what they were doing.

They knew they “needed video.” Or branding. Or social media. Or a new website. Or the magic marketing agency down the street.

But when you started asking why they needed those things, the answers got fuzzy.

There wasn’t a coherent strategy underneath the spending.

At first, I did my job.

They wanted content. I made content.

But eventually it started bothering me.

Because beautiful marketing attached to a weak business foundation is still a weak foundation.

So I became obsessed with understanding the principles underneath business growth.

  • Why do people buy?
  • How do businesses create demand?
  • What makes one offer outperform another?
  • How do you move someone from stranger to customer?
  • How do you determine which marketing channel actually makes sense?
  • How do pricing and packaging change profitability?
  • How do you build systems that keep working as the company grows?

The deeper I went, the more obvious something became:

The tools keep changing. The principles don’t.

And that’s where Dial It In came from.

I wanted to create the course I wish someone had handed me years ago.

A practical framework for understanding the whole machine before you start throwing money at individual pieces.

The course

Build your strong city

Here’s what we’ll build together.

  1. Lay the Foundation

Before tactics, we start with how business growth actually works.

You’ll learn how marketing and sales work together, how buyers move toward a purchasing decision, and why timeless principles matter more than whichever platform is popular this year.

You’ll start thinking like a builder.

Not someone looking for the next hack.

  2. Know Your People

    Most “customer avatars” are fiction.

Someone sits down with a coffee and writes:

“My customer is Sarah. She’s 42. She likes yoga and drives a Subaru.”

    Fantastic.

    Has anyone talked to Sarah?

We’re going to do actual research.

You’ll learn how to identify your highest-value customers, interview them, analyze positive and negative reviews, study conversations happening in your market, identify buying resistance, and look for multiple confirmations before making important decisions.

Because what you think customers care about and what they actually care about can be very different.

We’ve seen this research completely change the marketing strategy for a business.

In one roofing market, for example, the data showed us that customers weren’t relying heavily on Google to find contractors.

The company had already paid for SEO.

    It produced virtually nothing.

Once we studied the market, the reason became obvious.

Their local buyers relied heavily on referrals and traditional media.

So we stopped trying to force the market to behave the way marketers wanted it to behave.

We chose tools based on the market.

    Research first. Tools second.

  3. Build an Offer People Actually Want

Getting more people to see a weak offer just helps more people ignore you.

So we’ll work on the offer.

    You’ll examine:

    • Your core deliverables.
    • The outcome your customer actually wants.
    • Your positioning.
    • Benefits.
    • Pricing.
    • Payment terms.
    • Bonuses.
    • Risk reversal.
    • Urgency where it genuinely exists.
    • Upsells.
    • Order bumps.
    • Backend offers.

You’ll learn how to increase perceived value and structure an offer around what the customer wants to achieve.

And we’ll look at how this affects the economics of the business.

For one supplement company, restructuring the offer and purchasing experience helped dramatically increase the value generated from existing customers without requiring additional advertising spend.

That’s the kind of thinking I want you developing.

Growth doesn’t always require more leads.

Sometimes the axe needs to hit something else.

  4. Create and Capture Demand

Not everybody who could buy from you is ready to buy today.

You’ll learn how prospects move through different levels of awareness and why your marketing needs to meet them where they are.

Then we’ll turn that into practical lead generation.

You’ll learn how to develop a direct response offer that gives someone a compelling reason to raise their hand.

    • How to create useful lead magnets.
    • How to match them to the buyer’s stage.
    • How to think about distribution.
    • How to move attention into an owned audience you can continue communicating with.

    You’re building a system.

Not praying for random leads to fall from heaven like sparkles at a Bethel Redding service.

  5. Plant Your Organic Orchard

Not every piece of marketing should disappear 48 hours after you publish it.

You’ll learn our Organic Orchard approach to evergreen content.

    • Create useful assets that answer the questions your market is already asking.
    • Build authority.
    • Help prospects research.
    • Strengthen trust.
    • Give future customers a reason to choose you before they ever speak with you.

    The goal isn’t internet fame.

You don’t need a million followers.

You need the right people finding useful information when they’re making a buying decision.

Plant useful assets now. Let them keep producing later.

  6. Strengthen the System

What happens if your marketing works?

    Seriously.

    • Could your business handle it?
    • Could your team follow up?
    • Could you fulfill the work?
    • Would leads fall through the cracks?
    • Would customer service collapse?
    • Would you even know where the sales came from?

Dial It In includes a Systems Audit because marketing success can expose problems just as easily as it creates opportunities.

    You’ll examine areas such as:

    • Fulfillment.
    • CRM and lead management.
    • Marketing and sales alignment.
    • Tracking.
    • Operational bottlenecks.
    • Risk.
    • Capacity.

Because sending more traffic into a broken system doesn’t solve the problem.

    It makes the problem bigger.

  7. Draw the Map

Finally, we bring the pieces together.

    • Your research.
    • Your avatar.
    • Your messaging.
    • Your positioning.
    • Your offer.
    • Your pricing.
    • Your lead generation strategy.
    • Your content.
    • Your systems.
    • Your next actions.

    This becomes your Market Playbook.

A single source of truth for how your business goes to market.

And unlike the course, your Playbook doesn’t end.

    • You keep refining it as you learn.
    • You update it when the market changes.
    • You use it when you hire.
    • You use it when you delegate.
    • You use it when you bring in outside help.
    • You use it to train AI on the actual context of your business.

The course teaches you how to think. The Playbook captures what you decided.

This isn’t theory we made up for a course.

We use these principles in real businesses. Across very different industries.

Research helped identify how their market actually behaved, which contributed to a strategy built around the channels that fit the customer.

Your Market Playbook

One living document that brings the important pieces together.

That’s the destination.

  • Not a certificate.
  • Not 47 hours watched.
  • Not another folder on your desktop called “Business Course FINAL v2.”

A business you understand better and a plan you can actually use.

Who should take Dial It In?

Dial It In is probably for you if:

  • You own a business or are seriously building one.
  • You have something real to sell.
  • You’re tired of jumping between random growth tactics.
  • You want to understand marketing before blindly outsourcing it.
  • You want to make better decisions about where your money goes.
  • You’re willing to talk to customers and research your market.
  • You’re willing to complete worksheets instead of merely watching videos.
  • You want principles that will remain useful even as technology changes.
  • And you’re prepared to actually implement what you learn.

You should probably skip it if:

  • You’re looking for a get-rich-quick formula.
  • You want a secret Facebook targeting trick.
  • You think buying the course counts as implementing the course.
  • You want someone else to do all the work.
  • You’d rather keep guessing than talk to your customers.
  • Or you plan to watch three videos, change nothing, and complain that business courses don’t work.

Save the $477. Seriously.

What if I want someone else to build it?

Good.

There is a time to learn how the machine works.

There is also a time when doing everything yourself becomes expensive.

Dial It In is designed for the owner who wants to understand the fundamentals and work through the process.

Boniface’s consulting and implementation work exists for established businesses where bringing in outside expertise and implementation makes economic sense.

We can help diagnose the constraint, design the system, and build what the strategy requires.

But even if you eventually hire us, I would rather have you understand why we’re doing what we’re doing.

Educated clients make better decisions.

And if you can build it yourself? Great. That’s why I made the course.

In fact, we’re hoping something like that happens.

Maybe you’re early in business today. Spending $10,000 or $20,000 on consulting, marketing, systems, or implementation might make absolutely no sense for you yet.

What you need right now is a better understanding of your business and enough knowledge to make good decisions while you build it.

So we’d rather make that knowledge available for $477.

Then maybe you use it. You grow.

The business gets bigger. Your time becomes more valuable. The problems become more complicated. And three years from now, doing everything yourself no longer makes sense.

If that day comes and you decide to hire Boniface, we’ll apply the $477 you spent on Dial It In toward your future Boniface project.

If the project is $20,000, your invoice becomes $19,523.

Boniface project

Dial It In credit

Your invoice
$19,523

Why?

Because we’d like to earn that relationship.

We want Dial It In to help create better business owners today, some of whom may become great Boniface clients tomorrow. We don’t see any reason to pretend otherwise.

If the course is all you ever buy from us, we want it to be worth the $477 on its own.

If it helps you build far enough that you eventually need us, we’d be glad to keep building with you.

Jeremy Bundy with his wife and three young children in a sunlit field

Build something worth building.

There’s another reason Dial It In exists.

Boniface is a Christian company.

That’s not a marketing gimmick we tack onto the footer.

It shapes how I think about business.

I don’t believe the highest purpose of entrepreneurship is making enough money to retire at 40 and spend the rest of your life drinking margaritas on a beach.

Business can do much more than that.

  • It can provide for a household.
  • Employ people.
  • Develop skills.
  • Create useful products and services.
  • Build economic independence.
  • Strengthen communities.
  • Fund good work.
  • Give generously.
  • Create opportunities for your children.
  • And build something the next generation can make stronger.
Proverbs says:

“The rich man’s wealth is his strong city.”

Wealth creates options.

It creates capacity.

It allows you to provide, invest, employ, give, protect, and build.

That’s why I care about Christian business owners becoming better at business.

Good intentions don’t make payroll.

Faith doesn’t excuse poor stewardship.

And laying hands on your business plan isn’t a growth strategy.

Learn the principles. Do the work. Build wisely. Then keep building.

Frequently asked questions

Is Dial It In only for Christian business owners?

No.

Boniface is unapologetically Christian, and that worldview shows up in the course.

We’re going to talk about stewardship, wealth, family, legacy, and how we understand the order God built into the world.

You don’t have to share our beliefs to use the business principles.

But don’t be surprised when Jeremy talks about Jesus.

I’m early in business. Is this for me?

It can be.

In fact, learning these principles before spending heavily on marketing can save you from expensive mistakes.

You should have a real business idea, product, service, or market you can apply the exercises to.

This isn’t entrepreneurship entertainment.

It’s something you work through.

I already have an established business. Is this too basic?

Not necessarily.

Established owners often know their trade extremely well while still having gaps in marketing, positioning, offer structure, customer research, or systems.

The question isn’t how long you’ve been in business.

The question is whether you can clearly explain how your growth system works and why you’re making the marketing decisions you’re making.

If you can, great.

If you can’t, there’s work to do.

Does this work for my industry?

The course focuses on business principles rather than one niche.

The examples include local services, roofing, automotive, supplements, education, e-commerce, and other businesses because the implementation changes while many of the underlying principles remain consistent.

Your research determines how you apply them.

Will you teach me how to run Facebook Ads or Google Ads?

No step-by-step platform course could stay current for long.

Interfaces change. Algorithms change. Platforms change. AI changes.

Dial It In teaches you how to determine whether a tool makes sense, what it needs to accomplish, what should happen before you use it, and how it fits into the broader growth system.

If you need to know where Google’s campaign settings moved this Tuesday, YouTube can probably help.

How long do I have access?

For life.

Your purchase includes lifetime access to Dial It In, so you can work through it at your own pace and come back to it whenever your business needs it.

How quickly should I complete it?

Don’t race through it for the sake of finishing. The value comes from doing the research and completing the exercises.

Give yourself enough time to actually apply each section to your business. The goal isn’t to finish quickly. The goal is to come out with better information and better decisions.

What happens after I purchase?

We’ll email you a login link.

Use it to create your account and set your password. Once that’s done, you’re in and can start the course.

What is the $477 Boniface Credit?

If you purchase Dial It In and later hire Boniface for a qualifying consulting or implementation project, we’ll credit the $477 you paid for the course toward that future work.

It doesn’t have to be immediately afterward. If you use Dial It In now, grow the business, and come back to us years from now when you’re ready for outside help, the credit can still apply.

There is no cash value and it isn’t a refund. It’s simply our way of recognizing that you started the relationship with us here.

You’re already building something. Build it on purpose.

Your business will consume thousands of hours of your life.

It will affect your income. Your family. Your employees. Your customers. Your future. Maybe your children’s future.

That’s worth taking seriously.

Stop assembling your business from disconnected tactics.

  1. Understand your customer.
  2. Know your market.
  3. Strengthen your offer.
  4. Choose your tools deliberately.
  5. Fix the cracks.
  6. Build your Playbook.
  7. Execute.
  8. Learn.
  9. Prune what isn’t working.
  10. Strengthen what is.
  11. And keep building.
